Project management is crucial to our company’s success. This role is an entry level position to Project Management, supporting our team of PM’s as well as supporting the manufacturing and Admin teams in a fast-paced environment. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills. The ability to work well with in a team is crucial to the success of this position.

Keys Responsibilities

Provide support for the Project Management team and others as needed

Assist in the preparation of various reports, submittals, and Schedules

Act as the general contact for contractors, vendors, and Project Managers

Receiving & Coordinating shipments of documents and materials

Assist in tracking, receiving, and updating order status and schedules

Answering phones, distributing calls to their destination

Provide superior service to internal and external clients

May have full ownership and responsibility for smaller, less complex projects.

Other various duties supporting the admin team

This position can be physically demanding. You will be required to walk the production floor to check on project status, you may be required to be on a commercial construction site that can have many obstacles to navigate.

You will also work closely with the General Manager and Ownership.

Education: The successful candidate may likely have a BA/ BS, but operational experience may also meet the requirements.

Pay rate: While the stated range is wide, actual compensation will be based on proficiency.
