Can work remote. Travel to sites 3-4 days per month for site inspections
Ground-up and refitting, renovation experience.

Working with: Large Scale Chillers, Coolers, Electrical, Plumbing.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Manager works diligently to complete projects within the scope, budget, and schedule. This key role is responsible for managing the overall client relationship including any technical, financial, or logistical issues that may arise. Our Project Managers are skilled collaborators who are experts at problem solving, adapting, and staying calm under pressure. The Project Manager sells and develops work with specific clients, ultimately leading to a “seller/doer” dual role. By understanding our client’s challenges, building partnerships with them, and providing creative solutions to those challenges, the Project Manager will not only develop existing clients but also establish new ones.
The Project Manager coordinates contracts with the client, subcontractors, purchase orders, daily correspondence, and all other project related documents. The Project Manager is responsible for all project financials, and reviews/manages/approves subcontractor payments. The Project Manager clearly communicates updates to the client, management, and project team, as well as prepares for and attends monthly project review meetings with operations.
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management or a related degree is required; Master’s Degree preferred
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
A minimum of 7 years of experience required; a minimum of 5 years of project management experience required.
Experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations and project closeout documents for projects required
Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 preferred
Ability to travel as needed required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
