About the role
Ass't Construction PM for all activities associated with the construction of a Ground-up, Multi-family Housing Construction. 5+ story buildings.
New Construction, Ground Up.. General Contractor Background Required
Capital projects insuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.
Computer Savvy.
GC Background – High Rise Residential & Commercial Projects. Will be involved in estimating, scheduling, reviewing contractors, change orders, meeting with architects and design team to resolve conflicts.We seek inquisitive, energetic and dedicated professionals.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
