About the role

Job Summary:

Health Choice Network is looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to execution across digital, web, and print media. We are seeking someone with strong software and web design skills who can create visually compelling, user-friendly designs. You will work closely with our marketing team to produce materials that effectively communicate our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce graphic materials for digital platforms, including websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and other online marketing tools.

Create layouts, designs, and graphics for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and advertisements.

Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and modern web design tools to create high-quality visual elements.

Apply strong web design principles, including layout, UX/UI fundamentals, responsiveness, and accessibility, to create engaging digital experiences.

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, concepts, and branding guidelines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.

Maintain and organize design files and resources.

Prepare final designs for both web deployment and print production.

Engage in project meetings and contribute creatively within a team environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

1–3 years of graphic design experience (internship and freelance experience considered).

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Strong web design skills are required, including experience with responsive design and tools such as Wix EditorX, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates a keen eye for aesthetics, web design capability, and visual detail across digital and print.

Ability to work well in a team and adapt to feedback and revisions.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
