We are seeking an exceptional Manager to support the catering and hospitality strategy for a prestigious, high-profile collaboration that will set new standards for excellence, innovation, and guest experience over the summer.
Job Description
To support the daily operations, being hands on during service.
To resolve any guest complaints calmly and promptly.
Ensure all team members are delivering a great guest experience, whilst upselling where possible.
To retain excellent product knowledge of both food and beverage offerings
To seek opportunities to innovate and improve throughout.
Support and lead the team with kindness and respect, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity, ensuring every person is valued, whilst encouraging their development.
Maintain accurate records of Health and Safety, Food Safety and orders.
To uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
To attend all training and development course as requested.
To always represent WSH and John Lewis in a professional manner in your behaviour appearance and knowledge.
To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in managing a food and beverage service
Barista experience (advantageous)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Positive can-do attitude
Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs
Highly developed attention to detail and record keeping
Passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
Great team player
Leads by example and takes initiative
