Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective human capital management strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize workforce performance.

Oversee talent acquisition processes including recruiting, HR sourcing, ATS (Applicant Tracking System) management such as iCIMS or Workday, and onboarding procedures like employee orientation and training & development programs.

Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly through conflict management techniques and fostering open communication channels.

Administer benefits programs, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA and FMLA requirements.

Lead performance management initiatives including employee evaluation, succession planning, and strategic planning for workforce development.

Ensure compliance with HR policies by maintaining accurate data collection, data entry in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM, and managing contracts and documentation.

Coordinate organizational design efforts and change management projects to support business growth and transformation efforts effectively.

Experience

Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human resources functions such as benefits administration, employee relations, and workforce management.

Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS platforms like Taleo or Paylocity, along with experience in social media management for recruiting purposes.

Familiarity with HRIS systems including Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or ADP is essential for effective data management and reporting.

Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA standards and workers' compensation procedures is required.

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $254,250.18 - $265,333.55 per year
