Duties
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities
Design and develop automated systems using programming languages, scripting tools, and automation platforms
Test, troubleshoot, and refine automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance
Integrate automation solutions with existing infrastructure and software applications
Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference and compliance
Monitor ongoing automation performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and implement enhancements
Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and best practices to continuously elevate solutions
Experience
Proven experience in developing automation solutions within a technical environment
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Hands-on knowledge of automation frameworks and tools like Selenium, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and version control systems
Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to debugging and optimization
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
Prior experience with cloud platforms or APIs is a plus but not required
