Micro1 is hiring Software Developers to help train cutting-edge AI systems. You'll write, review, and evaluate code that teaches AI models how to build software. No AI background required — just solid dev skills.
ROLE DETAILS - Job type: Contract, fully remote - Pay: $60–$110/hr - Start: Within 24–48 hours of offer
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Write and review code across backend, full-stack, or mobile stacks - Evaluate software solutions for quality, accuracy, and best practices - Contribute to the development lifecycle from design to deployment
TECH STACK (pick your strength) Python | Rust | GoLang | Java | Node.js | Android | iOS | Full-stack
REQUIREMENTS - 1+ year hands-on software development experience - Proficiency in at least one listed language or framework - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
NICE TO HAVE - Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) - CI/CD and containerization knowledge - Agile/distributed team background
Pay: $60.00 - $110.00 per hour
