We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with mandatory 12+ years of Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Experience Cloud and Salesforce Agents, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Mandatory Requirements
12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Mandatory experience with:
Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
Salesforce Agents / Agentforce
Strong expertise in:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
SOQL/SOSL
Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and best practices
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment processes
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be a strong team player
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications preferred
Experience working in enterprise Agile environments
Experience mentoring or leading development teams
Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions
Lead Experience Cloud and Salesforce Agent implementations
Collaborate with business, QA, architecture, and leadership teams
Perform code reviews and maintain development standards
Support deployments, integrations, and production releases
Participate in Agile ceremonies and technical discussions
Work Model
Hybrid role requiring onsite presence 4 days per week in Tysons
Work Location: In person
