About the role

Core Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and approach potential clients to build a robust new business pipeline.

Consultative Discovery: Conduct in-depth discovery with prospective clients to extract their core business pain points and brand needs.

Solution Design: Craft and deliver compelling proposals that position agency services as a direct solution to the client's specific objectives.

End-to-End Relationship Management: Lead the sales cycle from initial outreach through to contract negotiation and client onboarding.

Operational Collaboration: Work with internal creative and project teams to ensure the proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Financial Management: Oversee project estimates, quotations, and invoicing for transparency and accuracy.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of sales or new business experience in advertising, print, or a global/foreign-affiliated company.

Languages: Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.

Preferred Skills: B2B sales experience in creative fields such as packaging, digital, and branding.
