Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned Technical Project & Program Manager to drive the successful delivery and evolution of healthcare software products.
This role requires:
Strong technical depth
Program-level ownership
Innovation leadership
The ideal candidate will:
Manage complex multi-stream programs
Identify innovation opportunities in technology, AI, architecture, and healthcare workflows
Develop scalable, differentiated products
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Manage large cross-functional programs across multiple teams and releases
Define program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and success metrics
Align product strategy with engineering and business goals
Govern delivery across Agile teams (scope, quality, cost, timeline)
Manage risks, dependencies, technical debt, and escalations
Improve delivery frameworks, governance models, and metrics
️ Technical Leadership & Architecture
Act as a technical advisor to engineering and product teams
Guide system design, architecture, and technology decisions
Provide leadership across:
Full-stack development
Microservices & API-driven architecture
Cloud-native platforms
AI-enabled systems
Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready
