Job Description
The Sales Lead will drive business development and revenue growth for Facility Management (FM) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) services across occupier and investor clients. The role focuses on strategic account acquisition, client relationship management and solution-based selling aligned with integrated real estate services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FM and R&M services across occupiers (corporates, MNCs) and investors (developers, funds).
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build a strong pipeline through market mapping, networking, and lead generation.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
Client Engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (CXOs, Admin Heads, Real Estate Heads).
Understand client needs and position customized FM/R&M solutions.
Drive client presentations, pitches, and solution walkthroughs.
Solutioning & Proposal Management
Collaborate with operations, technical and pricing teams to design competitive proposals.
Prepare RFP/RFQ responses, commercials, and contract documentation.
Ensure alignment with client expectations and company service capabilities.
Market Intelligence
Track industry trends in facility management, integrated services and workplace solutions.
Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies.
Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with operations, procurement, finance and legal teams for seamless onboarding of new accounts.
Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations post-deal closure.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Revenue generation (FM & R&M services)
New client acquisition and conversion rate
Pipeline value and win ratio
Proposal turnaround time and success rate
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
Understanding of FM operations, technical services and maintenance models
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Financial acumen (pricing, P&L understanding)
