This role is responsible for the Contracts Administration and billing Certification Process for Civil and Structural Works

About the Role:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Review and approve Submitted RA and Final Bills for all the works done at site..
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
Monitor progress of work and certify the invoices submitted based on the agreed terms and conditions and also on the basis of actual work done at site.
Check work completion status as per submitted Invoices, drawings and specification
Establish and maintain onsite procedures of record keeping systems including but not limited to daily logs, drawing register, man power break ups safety logs etc.
Anticipate Billing risks in advance and interact with Planning Manager and Client to mitigate risks
About You:
14+ years’ experience on Contracts and Billing
Experience in delivering the project within Set Cost and Quality parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.
Proven track record in Contracts and Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.
