Product Manager Valuation Strategy

What’s the role?

This role sits within the Valuations portfolio in Mortgages Origination & Servicing and focuses on improving valuation outcomes across the mortgage origination journey. You will work with data, technology, credit risk and operations teams to support the delivery and ongoing improvement of valuation capabilities, including instant valuations and automated pathways. The role involves analysing valuation performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating insights into delivery outcomes.

This is a full‑time role based in Sydney , on Gadigal land.

What do I need?

Experience extracting, manipulating and analysing data to inform product or portfolio decisions

Strong SQL or equivalent capability to work with large data sets, with experience building queries, datasets or models

Experience interpreting valuation data or similar decisioning models, including understanding drivers of outcomes, accuracy and fall‑out

Ability to translate analytical findings into product opportunities, prioritisation decisions and measurable delivery outcomes

Experience working with data, technology, credit risk and operations teams in a regulated environment
