About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain intelligent automation systems that streamline operations and significantly reduce manual work across the business.
This role combines workflow automation, AI integration, systems thinking, and operational problem-solving. You will leverage automation platforms, APIs, AI models, and no-code/low-code tools to create scalable workflows that improve speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency across departments such as operations, customer support, HR, finance, marketing, and sales.
The ideal candidate is technically curious, highly organized, and passionate about replacing repetitive manual work with reliable, AI-powered systems.
ResponsibilitiesProcess Analysis & Automation Design
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and operational improvement
Design scalable AI-powered workflows that reduce manual tasks and increase efficiency
Translate business requirements into practical automation systems and process flows
Recommend automation strategies aligned with operational goals and scalability needs
Continuously identify inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements
AI & Workflow Automation Development
Build, deploy, and maintain workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate
Integrate AI tools and APIs including ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar services into operational workflows
Automate workflows across reporting, customer support, onboarding, lead management, HR, marketing, and internal operations
Create AI-assisted workflows for content generation, data processing, classification, summarization, and operational support
Systems Integrations & Technical Execution
Connect systems using APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Ensure seamless data synchronization and workflow reliability between business platforms
Troubleshoot automation issues, logic failures, API errors, and workflow bottlenecks
Configure triggers, actions, filters, and conditional logic across integrated systems
Maintain scalable and maintainable automation architecture
Optimization & Performance Monitoring
Monitor automation performance, uptime, and execution reliability
Optimize workflows for scalability, speed, maintainability, and operational efficiency
Improve workflow logic based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving business needs
Reduce operational friction by continuously improving automation systems
Documentation & Collaboration
Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, integrations, triggers, logic, and system dependencies
Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, leadership, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements
Provide visibility into automation processes, system performance, and operational impact
Train and support teams on automation usage and process changes where needed

Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in automation, workflow optimization, systems operations, or process engineering
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Power Automate
Experience working with AI tools and APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, or similar platforms
Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON data structures, and integrations
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote work setup

Ideal Experience & Skills
Experience with Python or JavaScript for workflow customization
Familiarity with Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion, or database-driven workflows
Experience integrating CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Experience building internal AI agents, assistants, or operational automations

An AI Automation Specialist’s day revolves around replacing repetitive operational work with scalable intelligent systems. You will:
Analyze workflows and identify automation opportunities
Build and test AI-powered automation systems
Integrate tools and troubleshoot workflow issues

Monitor workflow performance and improve execution efficiency
Document automation systems and operational processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to align automation with business goals
