Notre société exploite des logements en location courte et moyenne durée (type Airbnb). Nous prenons à bail des appartements et des maisons que nous aménageons et exploitons nous-mêmes, pour accueillir principalement une clientèle de professionnels en déplacement, ainsi que des touristes.
Vos missions
Rechercher et qualifier des logements et maisons à Châlons-en-Champagne et autour.
Contacter et prospecter les bailleurs (propriétaires, agences, investisseurs)
Constituer et suivre les dossiers jusqu'à la signature du bail
Intégrer les nouveaux biens à notre portefeuille
Réaliser les états des lieux et coordonner la mise en exploitation (ameublement, équipement, mise en ligne)
Suivre le marché local et détecter les nouvelles opportunités
Vos compétences
Formation en immobilier
À l'aise au téléphone comme en rendez-vous
Autonome, organisé(e), avec un vrai goût du terrain
Permis B et véhicule obligatoires
Une connaissance de la location courte durée est un plus
