About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst with exceptional executive presence, deep business process expertise, and strong knowledge of AI-enabled process improvement.
This is a business process transformation role—not a software developer, automation engineer, or technical architect position.
The ideal candidate knows how to enter an organization with little or no documented processes, engage stakeholders at all levels, uncover how work actually gets done, and design future-state processes that improve efficiency, accountability, scalability, and performance-all with AI assistance.
This individual must be able to advise senior executives on process optimization opportunities, AI-enabled efficiencies, operating model improvements, and organizational effectiveness.
What You Will Own
Business Process Discovery & Analysis
Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions across departments
Document current-state (“as-is”) business processes where little or no documentation exists
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, inefficiencies, and operational risks
Develop end-to-end process maps, swimlane diagrams, workflows, and supporting documentation
Analyze how work flows across teams, systems, functions, and decision points
Future-State Process Design
Design optimized future-state (“to-be”) business processes aligned with organizational goals
Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, improve quality, and enhance employee experience
Define roles, responsibilities, handoffs, decision points, and governance requirements
Support operating model improvements through process standardization and redesign
Build practical implementation roadmaps for adoption and execution
AI-Enabled Process Improvement
Serve as a subject matter expert on AI-driven process improvement opportunities
Identify where AI, automation, or workflow tools may create efficiencies
Advise leadership on the potential benefits, limitations, risks, and readiness considerations of AI-enabled solutions
Partner with technical teams to translate business requirements into future automation opportunities
Educate stakeholders on emerging AI capabilities and their practical application within business operations
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Facilitation
Conduct executive and leadership interviews and facilitate cross-functional workshops
Build trust and credibility with senior leaders and frontline teams alike
Navigate competing priorities and perspectives to achieve alignment
Present findings, recommendations, and future-state designs to executive audiences with clarity and confidence
Influence decision-making through data, business rationale, and structured analysis
Continuous Improvement
Establish process improvement metrics and success measures
Support implementation and adoption of redesigned processes
Monitor results and recommend ongoing refinements
Help build internal process improvement capabilities and discipline
Required Experience
10+ years of business process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, operating model, or process transformation experience
