Lebos, a family-owned company since 1923, is renowned for its exceptional customer service and quality merchandise. With 7 locations across the Carolinas, we are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Dancewear Sales Representative to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
What We're Looking For: We need a passionate individual well-versed in the dance industry to service local dance studios and train our store teams on how to cater to dance enthusiasts. A personable and memorable approach is essential. Must have danced en pointe for a minimum 3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and call on dance studios within the region.
Attend competitions, shows, and events to promote Lebos in the community.
Train store associates on dance industry knowledge to enhance customer interactions.
Build a team of pointe fitting specialists in our Lebos stores.
Collaborate with the wholesale dance customer service team and buyer to ensure the right merchandise is available in our stores.
Build strong relationships with dance studios and customers.
Communicate effectively using dance terminology
Maintain organization and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of the dance industry, including pointe.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 360 products.
This is a position for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and loves dance.
