As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, engaging with customers, and driving sales through effective upselling techniques.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile purchases.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales activities effectively.
Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to generate interest in vehicle offerings.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized inventory management system to track available vehicles.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that enhance dealership visibility.
Conduct public speaking presentations about vehicle features and benefits during sales events or community outreach programs.
Utilize retail math skills for pricing vehicles accurately and managing financial transactions.
Assist in inventory control by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
Requirements
Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile or retail industry.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end sales.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes is advantageous.
Multilingual or bilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele.
Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships.
Previous dealership experience is a plus, along with knowledge of automobile specifications and features.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with effective phone etiquette.
Ability to perform cold calling as part of lead generation efforts.
