Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for ambitious sales professionals who are confident in their ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. The successful candidate must be able to produce their own leads through networking, prospecting, door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and other business development efforts. In this role, you will serve as the face of our company, providing expert roofing consultations and helping homeowners and property owners find the best roofing solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities

Generate your own leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, referrals, community outreach, and other proactive prospecting methods.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities and grow market presence within your assigned territory.

Conduct roof inspections, consultations, product demonstrations, and presentations for prospective clients.

Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation through contract signing and project completion.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and tailored roofing solutions.

Follow up consistently with prospects and clients to maximize closing opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Utilize CRM software to track leads, appointments, customer interactions, and sales activity.

Collaborate with project managers and office staff to ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the roofing process.

Stay informed on industry trends, roofing products, insurance restoration processes, and competitor offerings.

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in roofing sales, construction sales, home improvement sales, or a related outside sales role preferred.

Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.

Demonstrated success in lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build trust and establish long-term customer relationships.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout assigned territories.

Valid driver's license.
