This Role (Read This Carefully)
This is not a passive cashier role.
This position operates as a server behind the counter—guiding guests, driving the sale, managing multiple priorities at once, and keeping the front of house dialed in at all times.
The people who thrive here are organized, proactive, and take ownership of their space without being asked.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Own the Guest Experience
Lead every interaction with confidence—walk guests through the menu, answer questions, and guide them toward a great order.
Drive the Sale
Make thoughtful recommendations, upsell naturally, and help guests discover items they’ll love.
Stay Organized Under Pressure
Manage multiple tickets, to-go orders, and in-house guests without losing attention to detail. Use downtime well—restock, reset, clean, and prepare without needing direction. Keep your station stocked, organized, and running smoothly at all times. Ingredients, modifiers, pairings—you are the expert guests rely on. On your feet for long periods, lifting, moving quickly, and staying engaged throughout the shift.
