The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our business — one that shapes how we grow and how people experience us, whether they’re a customer walking through the door for the first time or a team member starting their first day. You’ll own our CRM across all locations, champion our brand, and help build the systems that scale us to the next level.

What You’ll Do:
CRM & Business Growth
Own and manage the CRM platform across all locations, ensuring data integrity and a best-in-class customer journey
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement strategies that grow our book of business
Track sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into loyal, long-term customers
Generate reports and data-driven insights that guide leadership decisions and highlight growth opportunities
Identify trends in customer feedback and proactively suggest improvements to our service delivery
Customer & Employee Onboarding
Design and deliver warm, memorable onboarding experiences for new customers that set the tone for a lasting relationship
Coordinate new employee onboarding to ensure every team member starts strong and feels welcomed from day one
Serve as a key point of contact for customer feedback, resolving concerns with professionalism and genuine care
Develop and refine onboarding materials, scripts, and processes to ensure consistency across all locations
HR Compliance & People Operations
Assist with HR functions to ensure company practices remain compliant with Virginia state and federal regulations
Maintain accurate personnel records and support hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes
Help foster a workplace culture that attracts, retains, and develops great talent
Support leadership with employee communications, policy documentation, and general HR administrative tasks
Day-to-Day Operations
Pitch in across operational needs as they arise — we’re a growing small business and every role contributes
Support leadership with scheduling, communications, and cross-location project coordination
Bring positive energy and creative problem-solving to whatever the day demands
Some remote weekend responsibilities to help keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing a CRM platform (HubSpot, Jobber, Cliettether, or similar)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball
Background in sales, customer service, or client relationship management
Basic knowledge of HR practices and employment compliance (Virginia experience a plus)
Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Prior experience in a small business or multi-location service environment strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort learning new software tools quickly
