Our service portfolio spans the full spectrum of regenerative medicine — stem cell therapy, MuseCell™ therapy, exosome infusions, PRP injections, peptide protocols, regenerative aesthetics, hair restoration, and more. Every treatment is precision-targeted, evidence-based, and delivered at a concierge level of care.
We do not accept insurance. Our patients invest in their health directly, at price points that reflect the caliber of care they receive. The individual who joins our team will be selling trust, outcomes, and access to the future of medicine — not a commodity.
The Role
This is a full-time, fully remote position designed for a mature, self-directed sales professional who does not need to be managed — only empowered. You will be given the tools, the training, and the trust. What you bring is the discipline, the drive, and the relational intelligence to convert high-intent leads into long-term patients.
You will own the entire patient relationship lifecycle: from the first inbound inquiry through consultation, treatment purchase, ongoing follow-up, and lifetime re-engagement. You are not a scheduler or an order-taker. You are the primary commercial relationship between STEMS Health and every patient in your book.
Our treatments range from several thousand to well over twenty thousand dollars per protocol. Many patients invest across multiple service categories over the course of their relationship with our practice. The ceiling on lifetime patient value — and your earning potential — is significant.
Our Services — What You Will Represent
You are not expected to be a clinician. You are expected to learn our portfolio deeply enough to have an intelligent, confident conversation with a sophisticated patient who is doing their own research. Our physician team handles clinical decision-making; you handle the relationship, the education, and the path to a decision.
Core Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Conversion
Respond to every inbound inquiry — phone, email, text, WhatsApp — within one business hour
Conduct warm, intelligent discovery conversations that uncover the patient's condition, goals, and readiness
Qualify leads and move them to a consultation booking with urgency and precision — never pressure
Log every interaction in HubSpot immediately; a conversation that isn't documented didn't happen
High-Ticket Consultative Sales
Partner with our physicians post-consultation to present personalized treatment plans with confidence
Navigate pricing conversations and handle objections with poise — our patients are discerning, not resistant
Close treatment agreements across protocols ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+ with ease and professionalism
Understand the clinical rationale behind each service well enough to answer questions intelligently — not clinically
Patient Relationship & Lifetime Value
Manage a growing book of active patient relationships as your primary commercial asset
Execute structured post-treatment follow-up cadences: 48 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months
Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities grounded in the patient's history and outcomes
Re-engage dormant patients with personalized, relevant outreach — not mass email blasts
Treat every patient communication as a private, high-discretion interaction befitting a boutique medical practice
CRM & Pipeline Ownership
Maintain a clean, stage-accurate HubSpot pipeline at all times — this is a non-negotiable standard
Self-manage your task queue, follow-up calendar, and deal stages without requiring oversight
Use HubSpot reporting to monitor your own conversion rates, response times, and revenue metrics weekly
Flag pipeline risks and stalled deals proactively — before leadership has to ask
Remote Performance & Self-Management
Operate as a full-time professional during business hours — remote does not mean part-time or flexible
Participate in weekly pipeline reviews with leadership and maintain transparent reporting on activity and results
Represent the STEMS Health brand in every written and verbal communication with the professionalism of a luxury medical practice
Qualifications
Required
3 to 5+ years in a high-ticket consultative sales, client relationship management, or business development role
Demonstrated experience managing a large, active book of clients or accounts — both volume and value
Proven track record closing transactions in the $5,000 – $50,000+ range; you are comfortable in this conversation
Daily proficiency with HubSpot CRM or an equivalent platform — pipeline management is second nature to you
Exceptional written and verbal communication; you represent a premium brand in every word
Exceptional discretion and confidentiality — our patients are private individuals making sensitive health decisions
Self-directed and accountable without in-office supervision — you manage yourself to a high standard because that is who you are, not because someone is watching
Emotional intelligence and consultative instincts — patients choosing to invest in their health need a trusted advisor, not simply a closer
Strongly Preferred
Background in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, concierge medicine, or a related health-adjacent field
Experience in regenerative medicine, longevity, functional medicine, or interventional pain management
Familiarity with HIPAA requirements and patient confidentiality standards in a sales and CRM context
Bilingual in English and Spanish — a genuine advantage in the South Florida market
Prior experience in a boutique, concierge, or luxury service environment where white-glove standards are the baseline
Comfort with an all-cash-pay, no-insurance patient model and the pricing conversations that come with it
Remote Work — Our Expectations
This role is fully remote and is intended for the mature professional who has demonstrated the ability to perform at a high level without direct supervision. We are not offering flexibility as a benefit — we are offering trust as a default. In return, we expect you to hold yourself to a standard that would make an in-office professional look average.

What Success Looks Like
30 Days
You know our service portfolio. You are fluent in HubSpot. Every inbound lead is responded to within the hour and documented accurately.
90 Days
You have a clean pipeline, structured follow-up cadences running, and you are closing your first patient relationships independently.
6 Months
You have a growing active patient book, a measurable conversion rate, and you are generating re-engagement revenue alongside new patient closings.
12 Months
You are a trusted commercial partner to the practice, with a book of long-term patient relationships and consistent monthly revenue performance.
Compensation
Compensation is structured to reward performance without a ceiling. Base salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Commission is paid on closed revenue across all service lines. The more you produce, the more you earn — there is no cap.
