Watsonville Cadillac GMC is looking for an ambitious, customer-focused professional who wants more than just a sales position. We are seeking a Hybrid Sales Consultant / Finance Manager Trainee who is motivated to excel in vehicle sales while learning the Finance & Insurance (F&I) side of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced salesperson who wants to increase their earning potential and develop into a future Finance Manager or Sales Manager.

What You'll Do
Sales Responsibilities
Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Build relationships and identify customer needs.
Present pricing, trade values, and financing options.
Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom leads.
Maintain CRM activity and customer communications.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Deliver vehicles and ensure an exceptional ownership experience.
Finance Training & Backup Responsibilities
Learn automotive finance and lending processes.
Assist customers with credit applications.
Work alongside Finance Managers to structure deals.
Learn lender guidelines and financing programs.
Present vehicle protection products and service contracts.
Ensure paperwork accuracy and compliance.
Support contract funding and deal completion.

Required Qualifications
Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
