About the role

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Jewelry Sales Associate/Client Experience Lead to elevate our customers’ shopping journey and foster lasting relationships. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through our exquisite jewelry collections while delivering exceptional service that exceeds expectations. Your energetic approach and keen eye for detail will ensure every visitor feels valued, inspired, and confident in their purchase. As a key leader on the sales floor, you will also mentor team members, promote product knowledge, and contribute to a vibrant, customer-centric environment that celebrates craftsmanship and style.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a lively, professional manner to understand their needs and recommend jewelry pieces that match their style and occasion.

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, craftsmanship, and care instructions to enhance the customer experience.

Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service, ensuring each visitor leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a genuine approach.

Manage point-of-sale transactions efficiently using POS systems, including cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing returns or exchanges accurately.

Oversee merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store environment is inviting and aligned with brand standards.

Supervise daily operations on the sales floor, including supervising team members, managing stock levels, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization.

Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, handle phone inquiries professionally, and assist with client follow-ups.

Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product demos for clients, and participating in periodic stock audits.

Experience

Proven retail sales experience with a focus on jewelry or luxury goods preferred; experience in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial.

Supervising experience or leadership roles that demonstrate ability to mentor staff and manage daily store operations.

Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, retail math calculations, and basic cashiering skills.

Strong communication skills with bilingual abilities considered an asset for serving diverse clientele.

Demonstrated ability to perform product demos confidently while engaging customers actively.

Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management practices to create appealing displays.

Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with customer service expertise to build rapport quickly.
