We’re not looking for someone to simply oversee schedules, manage administrative tasks, or supervise employees.

What You’ll Do

Lead and Develop Talent

At Dance With Me, our managers are coaches first.

Your primary responsibility will be developing instructors into confident, high-performing professionals. You’ll work closely with your team to improve their teaching skills, communication, leadership presence, student retention, and sales performance.

You’ll conduct regular coaching sessions, provide ongoing feedback, identify growth opportunities, and help each instructor reach their full potential.

The best managers don’t simply oversee a team—they create one.

They build a culture of accountability, professionalism, growth, and excellence. They recognize potential in others, help people break through limitations, and take pride in seeing their team succeed.

A great manager can dramatically impact the performance of an entire studio by helping instructors become stronger teachers, leaders, and professionals.

Drive Studio Growth

You’ll play a key role in helping students achieve their goals through personalized programs, events, showcases, and competitions.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting consultations with prospective and existing students

Building long-term client relationships

Presenting premium programs and experiences

Helping students stay engaged and committed to their goals

Supporting revenue growth through exceptional customer service and relationship-building

Lead Student Experience

You’ll help create an environment where students feel welcomed, supported, challenged, and inspired.

Responsibilities include:

Building meaningful relationships with students

Ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Helping students overcome obstacles and stay motivated

Creating a positive and energetic studio culture

Maintaining high standards of professionalism and service

Own Results

You’ll help lead the overall performance of the studio by focusing on:

Instructor development

Team performance

Student retention

Sales growth

Customer satisfaction

Who We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates typically have experience leading teams, developing people, coaching performance, and building client relationships.

Qualifications

3+ years of leadership or management experience

Proven ability to develop and motivate people

Preferred Qualifications

Dance experience

Teaching or coaching experience
