Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager based in Birmingham AL.. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their designated territory. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships with utility contractors and municipalities. Identifying sales opportunities, training customers on equipment usage, developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting or exceeding sales targets to support business growth.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and effectively address client needs

Experience in delivering Training related to equipment usage or sales processes

Proven ability to meet sales goals and contribute to the team's success

Proficiency in CRM tools and business software is a plus

Experience in the construction or equipment rental industry is advantageous

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience

Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Pay: $36,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
