Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the property Manage leasing activities and occupancy goals Ensure timely rent collection and follow-up on delinquencies Handle resident concerns and resolve issues professionally Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections Supervise on-site staff and vendors Prepare reports, budgets, and financial summaries Ensure compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations Maintain property appearance and curb appeal Assist with resident retention and community engagement
