Today, we work with outside marketing vendors. We believe the next chapter of our growth requires bringing more of our digital strategy in house. We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to help lead that transition and take ownership of our digital presence.

Compensation & Performance Bonus

This position offers a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 depending upon experience, along with the opportunity to earn additional performance-based bonuses.

We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded. In addition to base compensation, the Digital Marketing Manager will be eligible for performance bonuses tied to measurable business outcomes such as lead generation, qualified consultations, search visibility, website performance, conversion improvements, and overall contribution to firm growth.

Specific performance metrics and bonus opportunities will be discussed during the interview process and will be developed collaboratively to ensure alignment with firm objectives.

What You Will Own

You will become the firm's primary digital marketing leader and will be responsible for:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO)

Pay Per Click Advertising (PPC)

Website Management

Analytics & Reporting

Conversion Optimization

Digital Lead Generation

Search Visibility Across Traditional and AI-Powered Search Platforms

You will work directly with firm leadership, our Marketing Director, and our attorneys to help establish Crow Estate Planning & Probate as the leading authority on estate planning, probate, elder law, conservatorships, Medicaid planning, and estate litigation throughout Tennessee and beyond.

Your First Major Project

One of your first responsibilities will be conducting a comprehensive audit of our digital marketing ecosystem.

You will evaluate:

Website performance

SEO performance

AI search visibility

PPC campaigns

Conversion rates

Content strategy

Technical SEO

Lead generation performance

You will then develop and help execute a roadmap for bringing website management and digital growth efforts increasingly under internal control.

We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and help us build something better.

What We Are Looking For

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, growth marketing, or related fields.

Demonstrated success improving organic traffic and lead generation.

Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.

Strong understanding of SEO and local search.

Experience managing WordPress websites.

Experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think strategically while also executing effectively.

Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continuously learn.
