Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Retail Brand Ambassador to represent our brand in grocery stores and community events. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, enjoys connecting with people, and thrives in sales-driven environments. As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand—conducting in-store demos, educating shoppers, and driving sales while ensuring our products stand out on shelf.
Responsibilities
Conduct in-store demos and sampling events to engage shoppers and promote brand awareness.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly, converting trial into purchase.
Build relationships with store staff and managers to support sales execution and merchandising.
Monitor and report on customer feedback, sales impact, and competitive activity.
Ensure product displays meet brand standards and are fully stocked during demos.
Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and strong customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food demos preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to groups and individuals.
Outgoing personality with the ability to engage and influence shoppers.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in retail environments.
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and peak demo hours.
Passion for food and interest in sharing exciting new products with consumers.
