Responsibilities
Share referral links through social media and online communities• Respond to inquiries from interested individuals• Assist referrals through the onboarding process• Follow simple marketing strategies provided during training• Maintain communication with prospects and team members

Compensation
Compensation is based on referral program promotions and performance. Bonus opportunities vary and may range from several hundred dollars to higher promotional amounts.
