About the role

Social Media Manager & Content Producer

Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Producer. This role will play a key part in content creation, production coordination, and digital strategy execution. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, social media trends, and engaging audiences through creative content, with a strong interest in content production and execution.This role owns the full lifecycle of content creation and brand partnerships, from concept to execution to publishing. This person is responsible for producing high-performing, on-brand content while ensuring all campaigns are executed seamlessly and on time.

This is a highly creative and hands-on role for someone who can both ideate and execute, with a strong understanding of what performs across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing

Film, edit, and produce content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts; thinking of growth per channel

Owns the visual and editorial quality of all content, must have an understanding of photography

Owns threads channel with a direct and playful POV

Develop creative concepts and ideas to grow and evolve the brand across platforms

Stay ahead of trends while maintaining a strong, consistent point of view

Brand Partnership Execution

Own the execution of sponsored content from brief through delivery

Translate brand requirements into strong, engaging creative concepts

Manage timelines, approvals, and final deliverables

Ensure all partnerships are executed seamlessly and at a high standard

Social Media Management

Own the content calendar and posting schedule across platforms

Write captions and collaborate on messaging

Track performance and optimize content based on insights

Actively engage with the community across social platforms

Affiliate & Revenue Growth

Own the strategy and execution of affiliate content across social platforms

Collaborate with the project management and design teams to identify key products and moments to feature

Integrate affiliate links organically into content, captions, and storytelling

Track performance of affiliate content and optimize based on engagement and conversion

Identify opportunities to grow affiliate revenue through content strategy and platform-specific tactics

Shoot Production

Plan and organize shoot days (shot lists, timing, deliverables)

Direct content capture to ensure all assets are secured efficiently

Create a seamless, organized shoot environment for Barry & Jordan

Visit project sites regularly to capture content and develop ideas in real time

What Success Looks Like:

Content consistently performs well and evolves with the brand

Brand partnerships are executed smoothly, on time, and without stress

Barry & Jordan are able to focus on being on camera, not managing production

The content pipeline is organized, consistent, and scalable

Affiliate content is seamlessly integrated and driving measurable revenue growth

Ideal Candidate:

Strong video editing skills (non-negotiable)

Photography skills

Deep understanding of social media platforms and performance

Creative thinker who can both ideate and execute

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once

Comfortable working in fast-paced, on-site environments

Experience working with brands, creators, or in a production environment preferred
