Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase engagement and followers.
Create captivating content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
Manage social listening tools to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for timely responses and insights.
Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, track performance metrics, and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Implement SEO best practices and conduct keyword research to enhance content visibility on search engines and within social platforms.
Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI.
Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success, user engagement, and conversion rates; prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, graphic design, photography, video editing, and e-commerce to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep strategies innovative.
Foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, media outlets, and community members to brand presence.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.
Skilled in video editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand reputation.
Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research to improve content discoverability.
Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and other web analytics tools for strategic decision-making.
Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
