Customer Service Representative - Entry Level/Training Provided

We are seeking an energetic and personable individual to join our team representing well-known nonprofit organizations. As a Customer Service Representative, one can expect to engage with consumers at events and community spaces to raise awareness, answer questions, and help increase customer base.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Engage with shoppers in person to share product information

Represent brand in a professional and positive manner

Answer questions and clearly communicate mission and goals

Collect payment information and process transactions

Meet daily and weekly goals

Work closely with your team to improve outreach strategies

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

On-site role (must be within commutable distance)
