Robert W Pratt State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, positive and results-oriented person to join our growing team.
This is a sales-focused position for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and being rewarded for performance. Our agency has a strong existing customer base, steady referral opportunities and a proven sales training system to help the right person succeed.
What You’ll Do
Quote and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
Follow up with prospects and quoted-not-written opportunities
Cross-sell existing customers, including home-no-auto and auto-no-home households
Conduct customer protection reviews
Build long-term relationships with customers
Help customers understand coverage options and make confident decisions
Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity in CRM system
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable talking with customers by phone, text, email and in person
Sales-minded and willing to make outbound calls
Coachable and open to training
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Competitive, motivated and goal-oriented
Insurance experience is helpful but not required for the right person
Licensing
Property & Casualty license preferred
Life & Health license preferred
We will consider strong candidates who are willing to become licensed.
Compensation
$40,000–$65,000+ per year including base, commission and bonuses
Income will depend on experience, licensing and production.
