About the role
We are an established linen rental company and a trendsetter in the special events industry, we currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic entry level Sales Team Member for our Tampa Corporate office. (6402 W Linebaugh Ave, Tampa 33625)
The Account Executive drives our company to find new customers, retain current customers, and develop innovative solutions for bettering our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Talk with clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and service needs
Present product/service offerings in a clear, compelling way
Conduct calls, emails and follow‑up consultations
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long‑term business
Prepare proposals, quotes, and customized recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Track all interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM
Duties Include:
Maintaining current accounts/ Building new ones
Process client orders.
Assist client in selecting linen products for their event. (suggest color, fabric, size)
Phone & Email correspondence for existing/new business.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualities:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A willingness to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Must speak fluent English.
Must have reliable transportation.
As a member of our Inside Sales Team, you will use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers. This position gives a Sale Support Team Member the opportunity to be creative and have fun helping people plan their events. No previous special event industry experience is needed. Full training will be provided to a client-savvy individual with a strong desire to become part of an exciting and interesting business.
