Responsibilities
Lead and supervise front of house staff in our restaurant, dining, catering, and bar service.
Oversee staff training and development to ensure high standards of customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Manage bar and front of house inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety.
Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff effectively to meet business demands while maintaining team morale.
Work with sales team to ensure banquets and events are staffed, set up, and organized to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly to guarantee an exceptional dining or banquet experience for every guest.
Skills
Experience in food service management within casual dining, fine dining, or quick service environments.
Proficiency with Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking.
Strong background in front of house management, scheduling, and quality controls.
Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams, conducting interviews, and fostering staff development initiatives.
Expertise in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and cost management strategies.
Knowledge of BEO's, banquet set up, and banquet management.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance across all operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and lead by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
