Applied Digital
Applied Digital is a U.S.-based digital infrastructure company focused on the development and operation of next-generation data center solutions supporting artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing (HPC), and advanced cloud technologies. As our organization continues to, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence and support the execution of key business initiatives.
Position Overview
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support leadership in improving organizational efficiency. This individual will play a key role in ensuring operational processes are scalable, effective, and aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities across multiple departments.
Support project planning, implementation, and execution to ensure business objectives are achieved on schedule.
Develop and improve operational processes, workflows, and reporting procedures.
Collaborate with finance, human resources, technology, and leadership teams to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Track key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for management review.
Assist with vendor management, resource planning, and administrative oversight.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend practical solutions.
Support organizational growth initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in operations, project management, business administration, or a related function.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools.
Experience supporting technology, infrastructure, or data center environments is a plus.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
