Our Company is one of the fastest-growing last-mile logistics companies in North America.
We are looking for a bilingual (Mandarin & English) Operations Supervisor to support daily warehouse operations, driver management, and logistics coordination in our Cleveland station.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates interested in logistics, operations management, supply chain, and team leadership. OPT candidates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure packages are processed accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with delivery drivers regarding route assignments, package pickups, and operational issues.
Monitor daily operational performance and assist in achieving service targets.
Support package sorting, scanning, and inventory control when needed.
Assist in training and managing warehouse associates and contractors.
Identify operational challenges and work with management to improve efficiency.
Maintain communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and management teams.
Prepare daily operational reports using Excel and internal systems.
Qualifications
Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills required.
Bachelor's degree preferred (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or team management is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets preferred.
