Restaurant Operations Manager

Restaurant Manager Job Requirements:

· Current, manager experience is preferred.

· Proven ability to develop, lead and inspire performance driven teams.

· Strong leadership behaviors, approachability and reputation as a role model

· Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to a well run restaurant including:

· Inventory management/loss prevention

· Cost controls systems

· Stable working history that demonstrates upward career progress.

· Self Motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, ethical with a high degree of integrity.

· Drive sales by working with all team members to execute excellent operations, marketing, and recruiting efforts

· Proactively recruit and train staff members that meet or exceed standards.

· Effectively teach, motivate and coach all team members including back and front of house.

· Maintain organized and updated training schedules, programs and materials for new employees.

Restaurant Manager Job Qualifications:

· Accurately perform checkouts for employees, and compute correct bank deposits.

· Must attend orientation and agree to policies and procedures as outlined.

· Must successfully attend and complete any and all other required training in compliance with local and state regulations

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

· Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars. Spanish communication skills are a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
