About the role

Overview Elite Water is a locally owned water filtration company serving East Tennessee. We're a small, experienced team that takes pride in doing the job right — from the equipment we install to the service we provide. We're growing, we're organized, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

The Role

We need one exceptional person to own the office. Not someone to split duties with — someone who takes full responsibility for keeping the business running behind the scenes. You'll be the hub that connects customers, field techs, vendors, and ownership. If you've worked in a trades, service, or home services company and you know QuickBooks, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Own

Customer communication — answer phones, respond to inquiries, represent Elite Water professionally

Accounts receivable — invoice customers accurately and promptly, track payments, follow up on outstanding balances

Contracts — prepare and process installation and service agreements

Inventory & ordering — track stock levels, manage vendor relationships, place and receive orders

QuickBooks — daily use for billing, payments, and recordkeeping; this is non-negotiable

Software platforms — we use and are expanding our tech stack including field service management and quoting tools; comfort learning new software is a must

You're the Right Fit If You:

Have real, hands-on QuickBooks experience (not just "familiar with")

Have worked in a small business, especially in trades, service, or construction

Are a self-starter who takes ownership without needing to be managed

Can juggle multiple responsibilities without dropping the ball

Have a professional, friendly phone presence

Are reliable — this role is the backbone of our operation and we need someone we can count on every single day

What We Offer

Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule

$22–$27/hr based on experience — strong QuickBooks and trades/service background will be rewarded
