Duties
Supervise daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies
Training new crew members
Train and develop staff in customer service, landscaping techniques and proper equipment up keep.
Monitor inventory levels conduct stock audits and implement inventory control measures
Complete recurring maintenance, landscaping projects and property clean up in timely manner.
Proven management experience or supervising responsibilities
Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required.
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation employee training & development, and team leadership
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
