The role is initially a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our tech transformation projects
Full-time hours - 37 hours over Monday - Friday
Hybrid working arrangements - 1 day a week onsite in our Support Centre in Kearsley (M26 1GG)

Your future, your role
As a Software Developer, you’ll be:
Working closely with the internal development team and departments across the organisation to design, implement, and enhance web-based applications, predominantly the mydentist corporate website
Integrating and customising Content Management Systems (CMS) to manage and deliver website content effectively
Working closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration between server-side logic and user-facing interfaces
Troubleshooting and resolving software defects efficiently, performing root-cause analysis where needed
Contributing innovative ideas to improve application design, tooling, and performance
You will need:
Proven experience in software development, ideally within a web or digital product environment
Strong proficiency in C# and experience using Entity Framework
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs
Familiarity with CMS platforms (ideally Sitefinity) and integration into .NET web applications
Experience deploying to or maintaining applications on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
