Junior AI Solutions / Product Engineer - Fixed Term Contract
We are looking to hire three separate profiles to help us with AI adoption in a business unit on an initial 3-6 month contract basis. This is a high visibility project which will help transform current processes and will have high impact. Roles outlines below:
Junior AI Solutions Engineer
Role
Support the development of AI-driven tools and solutions to improve internal workflows
Help prototype and test scalable automation and productivity tools
Work with internal teams to transition successful pilots into more established solutions
Qualifications
Advanced degree in AI / related discipline
Practical experience applying AI preferred
Prior exposure to Financial Markets preferred
Junior Data Engineer
Role
Support the development of data pipelines that bring together multiple internal and external data sources
Help structure and maintain a centralised, queryable data environment
Assist with data quality, cleansing, matching, and reporting processes
Work with internal teams on broader data infrastructure initiatives
Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science / related discipline
Previous experience in SQL
Previous experience creating data pipelines
Junior AI Product Analyst
Role
Support adoption of AI and data tools across global business teams
Document processes and prepare training materials for internal tools and workflows
Gather and organise user feedback, and help translate it into practical improvement opportunities
Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency
Qualifications
Advanced degree in AI / related discipline
Practical experience working with users, understanding requirements and helping to implement practical solutions
Excellent communication skills
