Verifica l'appropriatezza dei dati clinici contenuti nella cartella clinica informatizzata di Medicasa e collabora con i coordinatori sanitari nella definizione delle azioni correttive/miglioramento.
Validazione delle richieste di modifica dei dati sanitari della cartella clinica elettronica richieste dai coordinatori sanitari (in ottemperanza alla POS 08 MED)
Collaborazione con Direzione IT alla implementazione dei tool informatici di interesse sanitario di Medicasa
Definizione e implementazione dei piani formativi annuali di Medicasa
Gestione procedure tecniche sanitarie di Medicasa
Verifica appropriatezza dati sanitari e gestione cartella elettronica Medicasa: verifica a campione dell'appropriatezza dei dati clinici contenuti nella cartella elettronica di Medicasa. In collaborazione con Clinical Risk Manager & Health Professions Manager e con i coordinatori sanitari di Medicasa verifica l'implementazione delle azioni correttive/miglioramento dell'appropriatezza. Verifica e approva le richieste di modifica della cartella clinica elettronica. Collabora con ITB per l'implementazione di C&C+ e segue gli sviluppi dei progressivi nuovi rilasci.
Formazione Professionisti Sanitari Medicasa: in collaborazione con DS e Clinical Risk Manager & Health Professions Manager, raccoglie i bisogni formativi dei professionisti sanitari, implementa il piano formativo annuale e segue l'esecuzione dei corsi.
