About the Role
Our client is seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is responsible for the complete design lifecycle — from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity interfaces, design systems, and developer collaboration.
The ideal candidate combines strong UX thinking with polished visual design skills and understands how to balance user needs, accessibility, and business goals. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design experiences that are both functional and visually compelling.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving user problems, iterating based on feedback, and creating seamless digital experiences that improve engagement, usability, and conversion.
ResponsibilitiesUser Research & UX Analysis
Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to understand user behavior and pain points
Analyze product usage using tools such as Hotjar, FullStory, or Google Analytics
Identify friction points and opportunities to improve user experience
Wireframing & Prototyping
Create low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and testing results
Present concepts and prototypes clearly to stakeholders and product teams
UI & Visual Design
Design clean, modern, and visually engaging interfaces aligned with brand identity
Apply strong principles of typography, layout, spacing, color, and visual hierarchy
Ensure responsive and adaptive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Build and maintain scalable design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Accessibility & Standards
Design with accessibility best practices and WCAG 2.1 AA standards in mind
Ensure usability for keyboard navigation, screen readers, contrast ratios, and responsive layouts
Support localization and internationalization requirements where applicable
Collaboration & Developer Handoff
Partner with product managers to define requirements and prioritize features
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
Provide clear specifications, assets, and documentation using tools such as Figma Dev Mode, Zeplin, or InVision
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, and design critiques
Testing & Continuous Improvement
Conduct A/B testing and gather user feedback on design variations
Continuously refine designs based on usability insights, QA feedback, and performance data
Improve user flows, onboarding experiences, and conversion paths through iterative design improvements

Ability to present design concepts and collaborate with stakeholders effectively
Ideal Experience & Skills
Experience designing SaaS products, mobile apps, or e-commerce platforms
Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for smoother developer collaboration
Experience maintaining scalable design systems
Exposure to analytics tools, heatmaps, and usability testing platforms
Experience optimizing user flows for engagement and conversion
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
A UX/UI Designer’s day revolves around understanding users, designing intuitive experiences, and collaborating across teams. You will:
Research user behavior through interviews, analytics, and usability testing
Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for new features and workflows
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align designs with business and technical requirements
Maintain and improve design systems and reusable UI components
Review implemented features to ensure design accuracy and consistency
Gather feedback from stakeholders and users, iterating continuously to improve usability and engagement
