How you will shape Prophero:

Office Management:

Oversee general office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.

Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.

Assist in organizing company events, training and team activities.

Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment as well as being close and supportive with the team.

Office equipment & merchandising order and inventory management.

Proactively propose initiatives for the team and the office to enhance team engagement and experience.

Administrative HR Tasks:

Assist in the creation and management of employment contracts.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.

Ensure compliance with our internal policies.

What you will bring to our team:

Experience: Previous experience in an internship in an HR environment.

Education: 3rd/ 4th year HR / ADE Student-Mandatory.

General Skills: Detail-Oriented, Proactive, Autonomous, People-oriented.

Tools: HRIS knowledge preferred.

Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
