Funciones principales
Gestión contable de proveedores:
Registro y contabilización de facturas de proveedores.
Procesamiento de facturas para su carga y registro en Navision.
Gestión del buzón corporativo del área.
Seguimiento y atención a proveedores:
Gestión de reclamaciones de proveedores.
Revisión de carteras.
Resolución de incidencias relacionadas con facturas, pedidos y albaranes.
Control y conciliación:
Conciliación de facturas de proveedores y pagos.
Gastos y tarjetas corporativas:
Registro de liquidaciones de gastos de viaje.
Conciliación de tarjetas corporativas.
Requisitos:
Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas, Contabilidad o similar.
Conocimientos normativa contable (PGC) y normativa fiscal (IVA , retenciones, etc).
Experiencia de dos años en puesto similar.
Experiencia con ERPs financieros (muy valorable Navision).
Buen manejo de Excel (nivel medio).
Inglés: nivel medio
