About the role
Overview: We are looking for experienced cooks to fill out our kitchen crew. Prelude is a high volume upscale brunch spot. We have two locations, one in Fayetteville and one in Rogers. We offer some of the most competitive pay in the area in addition to the best breakfast in town.
Responsibilities: - Prep items according to recipes with consistency and quality
- Set up your team for success
- Cook food on the line accurately and efficiently
- Keep a clean kitchen and stay in compliance with all food safety protocols
- Communicate with your team during service to ensure that the team is operating safely and is moving forward at the same rate
- Have a strong knowledge of the menu and potential allergens
- Maintain professionalism and follow dress code
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
We are looking for
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of expected work
- Previous brunch experience is a plus
- Someone kind and level headed - Someone who does not have drama
