Duties

Working independently in clients’ homes

Following detailed checklists and cleaning systems

Maintaining consistent quality across every visit

Managing your time responsibly

Maintaining clear notes and records

Being dependable, professional, and trustworthy

This role requires focus, maturity, and accountability.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 20 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

Valid Drivers License and Auto Insurance

Available Mon- Fri between 9a - 5p

Your own vehicle, available during working hours

Clean national background check

Great attitude

Pride in self and work

Enjoy working around pets

Smart phone for work apps and communication

Ability to lift 20+ lbs

Ability to bend, squat, and reach above head without limitations

Work efficiently in a physically demanding role for 6+ hours

Behave honestly and responsibly and treat others with honesty and respect

What you should know about this position:

Training & Probationary period has a separate pay structure

You will need to provide and maintain your own vacuum (we can assist with purchase)

You will need to wear a company approved uniform

This position covers Fayetteville / Springdale & Bentonville / Rogers and surrounding areas.

Pay day is every other Friday by direct deposit only
